So we are in the lovely month of May and the weather has been kind to us but not to our gardens.
I have planted flowers , herbs and perennials but am now dedicating one hour a day to watering them! My wisteria has gone bonkers and is picture postcard perfect. I do love my garden and love being outside pottering round it! I have also been looking at social media and have just had a carpenter round to quote on a sun/ rain canopy running along the back of the house. I haven’t told my husband yet as he hates work being done, is quite negative but I know, always loves the end result! I am going to ask Marketing Dept to leave him off the distribution list for this Newsletter! 😊
I hope that you are all enjoying being outdoors too and its making life happier for you. Getting that work-life balance is really important. Remember to look after yourselves.

This marks our fourth annual report, and each year we aim to do better, together.
From reducing our carbon footprint and improving recycling, to employee wellbeing programmes and community partnerships — this year’s report highlights the small but powerful steps we’re taking to create sustainable workplaces with real social value.
This month, the OSiT team swapped office chairs for high-pressure challenges as we stepped inside The Cube for our latest company social!
From beating the buzzer to testing our nerves and balance (with varying levels of success…), it was a brilliant day of team-building, laughter, and a healthy dose of competition.
These moments outside the office are what make our culture stronger celebrating our people, encouraging connection, and having a whole lot of fun along the way.
