WHAT is happening to our weather? The long, hot, Summer days have indeed arrived. My flowers are happy and coming into colourful bloom, my tomato plants have an abundance of promising yellow flowers, the paddling pool is in insitu for my 2 year old grandson and my cat has taken to sleeping indoors for about 22 hours a day!
My up to date news on my garden is that my husband agreed to the pergolia with roof idea and a fantastic and helpful carpenter has been booked! I am so excited, my life is indeed, nearly complete!
London is unbearably hot but it is nice to see everyone in the office ( suspect due to after work drinks?) and people actually smiling at each other. The City is vibrant and happy , soon to be taken over by the school children on family visits to all the attractions in the Summerbreak holidays! I am sure I will help at least one poor soul with a pushchair, 6 bags and a toddler- up or down the stairs in the tube stations. Maybe a direction or two to a family blankly staring at a map as well. The Summer is a time when we all communicate and help each other more.
I hope you enjoy the read and stay hydrated, happy and most of all, appreciate the weather!
Much love
Sarah

OSiT's 2024/25 ESG Report Is Live! 🌍
Earlier this month, we proudly shared our 2024/2025 ESG Annual Report—our fourth and most impactful yet.
If you haven’t had a chance to explore it, we’d love to invite you again to take a look.
At Office Space in Town, we believe business should be a force for good. This year’s report highlights the real progress we’ve made together across environmental, social and governance priorities:
38.1% reduction in carbon emissions (Scope 1 & 2) via Planet Mark certification
9.4% increase in recycling rates thanks to our Green Team’s waste initiative
107+ volunteer hours and £16,754 raised for community charities
Launch of The Happy Project to support employee well-being
New energy and water-saving strategies across our centres
Ongoing focus on inclusivity, wellbeing, and responsible procurement
These milestones wouldn’t be possible without the support of our clients, partners and people and we’re just getting started.
If you have feedback, questions or ideas on how we can do more together, our Green Team would love to hear from you: greenteam@officespaceintown.com
Let’s keep building a more sustainable future—together.

Last weekend, the OSiT team headed out to Windsor Racecourse for a fun day at the races. It was a great way for the team to relax, enjoy the sunshine, and spend time together outside of work.
There were lots of laughs, a few bets (some wins, some losses!), and plenty of good vibes all around.
A lovely day out with the team—and a nice break before summer gets even busier!
